The Naruto Clan Quiz is a daily naruto quiz with a single question: can you name every member of today's group? Some days the group is a clan like the Uchiha, Hyūga or Aburame. Other days it is a village, a team, a rank, a story arc, the Akatsuki, the jinchūriki, the kekkei genkai users, or every Hokage, Kazekage, Mizukage, Raikage or Tsuchikage the series has shown.

It tests the kind of recall multiple-choice quizzes never touch. There are no options to pick from, just an empty box and a stopwatch, which makes it one of the best ways to find out how well you know the Naruto cast beyond the main characters. Everyone playing the same era gets the same group, and the fastest complete list tops the leaderboard.

How to Play the Naruto Clan Quiz

Press start to reveal today's group and how many members it has. A stopwatch starts counting up from zero. Type a name and press Enter, or pick it from the suggestions that appear after two letters.

Correct names are added to your list and the progress bar fills. You do not need the full name: any part of it with three or more letters is accepted, so typing Kakashi counts for Kakashi Hatake. A name that is not in the group is recorded as a wrong answer and adds three seconds to your time.

The quiz ends when you have named every member, or when you give up, which shows the complete list. Your score is the percentage of members you found, the leaderboard ranks complete lists by time including penalties, and you get one attempt per day per era. A new group appears at midnight UTC.

How to Name Every Member Faster

Work through a mental map instead of guessing at random. For a clan, walk the generations: for the Uchiha, think of Madara, then Fugaku and Mikoto, Itachi and Sasuke, Shisui and Obito. For a village, go team by team and then by rank, from the Kage and their bodyguards down to the genin who took the Chūnin Exams.

Let the suggestions jog your memory. Typing the start of a family name brings up every character who carries it, which is especially useful on clan days, and a wrong answer only costs three seconds. Hesitating over a name you are fairly sure about usually costs more time than the penalty would.

Minor characters count as much as the stars. Parents, siblings, bodyguards, exam proctors and one-arc villains make up a big share of most groups, and they are usually the last names standing between you and a full list. Keep the era in mind as well: in Part I mode, Shippuden-only groups such as Taka, the Allied Shinobi Forces and Pain's Assault are never chosen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Clan Quiz only about clans?

No. The daily group can be a clan, a village, a team or organisation, a rank, a story arc, a Kage title, the Akatsuki, the jinchūriki or the kekkei genkai users.

How is my Clan Quiz score calculated?

Your score is the share of members you named. Complete lists are ranked by time, and every wrong answer adds three seconds.

Do I have to type full names?

No. Any part of a name with at least three letters counts, and you can also pick names from the autocomplete suggestions.

What happens if I give up?

The quiz ends and the full list of members is shown, so you can see who you missed.

How often can I play?

Once per day for each era. The group changes at midnight UTC and is the same for everyone playing that era.
